Fundraisers

Poppin' Around Texas is excited to offer fundraising options for schools, sports or dance teams, clubs and non-profit organizations hoping to raise funds for their organization! 

Please understand that WE ARE NOT providing this opportunity to for profit businesses, individuals or corporate structures with intent to gain personal or corporate profit.   

You get to decide how long your fundraiser will run.   The group can select a Fundraising Coordinator who will be responsible for assembling  orders, relaying  order information to our company and distributing the bags to members for delivery.  Poppin' Around Texas will supply order forms that  participants will use to collect orders and funds.  A specified amount of time will be chosen to take orders and gather the appropriate funds.  Typical fundraisers of this type take two to three weeks to complete.  A delivery date will be agreed upon once all orders and funds have been collected.  The size of the entire order will determine the amount of time needed to cook, prepare and deliver the order to your coordinator.  40% of the total profit is given back to your non-profit organization once the event has ended or all orders have been returned and fulfilled. 

The more popcorn sold the more your organization earns!  Everybody loves popcorn, especially kettle and gourmet popcorn.

Team fundraiser

Kettle Corn Rental: How it works

You schedule a time with Poppin' Around Texas and make sure you schedule the same time with your choice location. (Wal-Marts are a great location). You may consider working in shifts. So, if you are selling between the hours of 9:30 and 4:30 set half the kids and parents for the first shift and the other half for the second shift. But, you want as many people as possible some for bagging kettle corn and many for selling. The more people you have the more chances you have to be successful. This works best with 6 or more people at all times working and selling.

Who doesn’t love kettle corn? That’s why it is a great choice for your next fundraising event! Poppin' Around Texas loves working with schools, charities, non-profits and many other organizations looking for a great way to raise money.
